Welcome to Sparrow Lawn Care. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, phone systems, text messaging services, and communications provided by Precision Landscape, Inc. d/b/a Sparrow Lawn Care ("Sparrow," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, communicating with us, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Sparrow Lawn Care provides lawn care, landscaping, pest control, fertilization, mowing, mulch installation, seasonal services, and related property maintenance services.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, property conditions, and operational scheduling requirements.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting.

Actual pricing may change if:

• Property conditions differ from those represented.
• Additional labor or materials are required.
• The scope of work changes.
• Unforeseen circumstances arise during service.

Customers will be notified of significant changes before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Scheduling and Service Visits

Sparrow reserves the right to schedule, reschedule, delay, or modify service dates due to:

• Weather conditions
• Equipment issues
• Safety concerns
• Staffing availability
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Estimated service dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Ensure access to the property on scheduled service dates.
• Secure pets and animals during service visits.
• Remove obstacles, vehicles, toys, hoses, and other items from service areas.
• Inform Sparrow of known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other conditions that may affect service.

Sparrow is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by inaccessible work areas or undisclosed hazards.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms specified on invoices, service agreements, or estimates.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• ACH payments
• Credit or debit cards
• Checks
• Other approved payment methods

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by applicable law.

Returned checks may result in additional processing fees.

Text Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from Sparrow Lawn Care, including:

• Appointment reminders
• Service notifications
• Estimate follow-ups
• Billing notifications
• Customer support communications

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing reasonable notice before the scheduled service date.

Recurring service agreements may have separate cancellation provisions outlined within the service agreement.

Sparrow reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services at its discretion for safety concerns, non-payment, abusive conduct, or other legitimate business reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparrow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by weather, equipment failures, or events beyond our control.
• Damage resulting from undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, pet containment systems, or property hazards.
• Natural lawn conditions, pest infestations, drought stress, disease, or other factors outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantee of Results

While Sparrow strives to provide high-quality services, certain results cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors, weather conditions, soil conditions, pest pressure, customer maintenance practices, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and other materials are the property of Precision Landscape, Inc. d/b/a Sparrow Lawn Care unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications to These Terms

Sparrow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
